Miranda Hart is an English comedian and actress. She is known by her title Miranda Hart. Best known for her performance in the self-titled semi-autobiographical sitcom Miranda which she is also credited with writing she is truly a class apart in the English comedy scenario which is predominantly male-oriented. Miranda, which was described as a "old-fashioned" sitcom because of its family-friendly, non-serious content and is adored by all generations. The show was awarded numerous awards and accolades. Her family comes from an upbringing of aristocratic origins, Hart is a descendent of an ancestral lineage that includes barons, marquesses earls and dukes. Hart however is not one who considers herself to be upper class and has no pretenses. Her family was from Hampshire and decided to turn into the next big thing in show business when she was a teenager. Confident and talented she embarked into a comedy career although it would take a few years before she earned fame.
